Here is a list of rights that I believe each student should have:
1. The students have the right to read silently and independently.
2. The students have the right to go to the library as much as possible.
3. The students have the right to read with music in the background.
4. The students have the right to help choose what they are reading.
5. The students have the right to have their own reading material in class.
